Do I need a referral to come in?
No referral needed for chiropractic care or DOT physicals. Some specialty medical services may require one depending on your insurance — we'll let you know when you call.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Yes, especially for acute injuries. We always try to fit same-day appointments when possible. For non-urgent visits, calling ahead means less waiting.
What should I wear to my first appointment?
Comfortable, loose clothing you can move in. We may ask you to perform some range-of-motion movements during the exam, so avoid restrictive clothes if possible.
How many visits will I need?
It depends entirely on your situation — a single adjustment for acute pain might be all you need, while injury rehab or post-MVA care can be 6–12 visits over a few weeks. We give you a clear plan after the initial exam, never an open-ended commitment.
Do you treat children and seniors?
Yes. We provide gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic care for patients across the lifespan, with treatment techniques adjusted for younger and older bodies.
Is the adjustment painful?

Do you handle the paperwork for auto accidents and workers' comp?
Yes. We document everything your case manager, attorney, or insurance carrier needs and bill them directly so you don't pay out of pocket. This is one of our specialties — we've been doing it for years.
